AirCor belongs to a group of anti-corrosion agents known as "clean" because the protection is provided without creating classical strong coatings of oil preservatives, greases and waxes. The characteristic feature of these inhibitors is their ability to evaporate continuously and for a long time in the  vicinity of the protected products, and, in the case of condensation, create a non-corrosive atmosphere. Evaporative corrosion inhibitor AirCor has an enhanced corrosion efficiency not only for the protection of ferrous metals but also for the protection of non-ferrous metals and their alloys, especially copper, brass, bronze, aluminum alloys, etc. The shelf life of the treated materials is stated for both products depending on the storage conditions.

AirCor has the ability to vaporize at room temperature. The evaporated molecules are mixed with the air that brings them to the surface of the metal product to be protected. There, the inhibitor molecules adhere to the metal by chemical and physical bonds. Once the surface molecular layer on the metal is formed, it has several effects. It prevents water vapor (air humidity) from entering the metal, because corrosion reactions occur several times faster in wet conditions. At the same time it changes the reaction stability so that the corrosive environment does not have enough energy to react with the metal. In addition, the pH changes to alkaline when most metals have low reaction rates.

The product is biodegradable within 28 days!

Návod

Personal protective tools
During application use protection glasses and rubbler gloves. Observe the usual precautions for health and safety. Do not smoke, drink and eat during the apllication. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash your hands after cleaning procedure.

Do not combine AirCor with other preservatives!  AirCor can only be combined with the other ANKER COR products!

Method of use
Evaporative corrosion inhibitor 5g AirCor  BAG provide protection in a closed space of 20 liters. It is recommended to use a polyethylene film, the volume of the container must contain air residue so as to create an anti-corrosion environment. Close tightly with a tape or thermal weld. The maximum efficiency of AirCor BAG is up to 30 cm from where it evaporates. After application, the protected products should be left for at least 20 hours at a temperature higher than 20 ° C in order to obtain a protective atmosphere. To maintain 100% consistency and functionality, we do not recommend using AirCor BAG repeatedly.
